Terra Home & Gifts ships exclusively within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery destination. Rates may vary depending on your location and the items purchased.

Returns & Store Credit

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept eligible returns under the following guidelines:

• Return Window: Merchandise must be returned within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of Purchase: An original store receipt is required for all returns.
• Store Credit Only: Eligible returns will be issued as store credit. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.
• Item Condition: Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Final Sale Items: All clearance and seasonal sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Terra Home & Gifts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking information.
